Welcome to Stunov Documentation

This documentation covers everything you need to manage your school using the Stunov+ web admin panel and the Stunov+ Staff mobile app.

Who is this for?

This documentation is designed for school staff with the following roles:

  • School Admin — Full access to all school management features
  • Teacher — Teaching, assignments, lessons, attendance, diary
  • Accountant — Financial management: fees, expenses, payroll, reports
  • IT Manager — System, settings, roles, academic structure, user management
  • Marketing Manager — Communication, website content, announcements, certificates
  • Academic Coordinator — Academic structure, exams, timetable, promotions, diary
  • Transportation Manager — Vehicles, routes, drivers, transport requests & expenses
  • Driver / Helper — Personal leave management

How to use this documentation

  1. Select your role using the role selector dropdown in the top navigation bar
  2. The sidebar and search results will be filtered to show only the features you can access
  3. Each page includes step-by-step instructions, form field descriptions, and screenshots from both the web panel and the staff app
Role-Based Filtering

Use the role selector in the navbar to filter documentation to your specific role. You'll only see pages relevant to your access level. Select "Show All Documentation" to see everything.

  • Dashboard — Overview of your school's key metrics
  • Academics — Academic structure setup
  • Students — Student admission and management
  • Fees — Fee configuration and collection
  • Exams — Exam management and results

Use the sidebar on the left to navigate between sections. Each section follows the same structure as the school admin panel menu.
