Teacher Timetable

The Teacher Timetable page displays every teacher's weekly schedule at a glance. It shows a summary of all their teaching assignments per day, and you can open a detailed weekly calendar view for any individual teacher.

Teacher access

Teachers see only their own timetable in the Staff app. School Admins and Academic Coordinators can view any teacher's schedule from the web panel.

View Teacher Timetable List​

Navigate to Timetable → Teacher Timetable
From the sidebar, expand **Timetable** and click **Teacher Timetable**. A table listing all teachers appears.

Browse teacher schedules
The table shows each teacher's name and a summary of their teaching slots for every day of the week (Monday–Sunday). Each cell shows the **class section name**, **subject name**, and **time range** in an ordered list.

Search for a teacher
Use the **Search** bar to quickly find a specific teacher by name.

Toggle columns
Click the **Columns** button to show or hide specific day columns — useful if you only want to see certain days of the week.

Export the list
Click **Export** to download the teacher timetable summary as CSV, Excel, JSON, or PDF.

Toolbar & Pagination​

The table supports page sizes of 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, or 200 rows per page with server-side pagination.

View Individual Teacher's Timetable​

Click the View Timetable (eye) button next to a teacher to open their detailed weekly calendar view.

Click "View Timetable"
In the teacher list, click the **View Timetable** button in the Action column for the teacher you want to inspect.

Review the weekly calendar
A full weekly calendar grid opens showing the teacher's name as a heading. Each event block is color-coded by subject and shows the **subject name** and the **class section name** below it.

Check for conflicts
Use this view to verify there are no overlapping time slots or scheduling conflicts for the teacher across different class sections.

Go back
Use the browser **Back** button to return to the teacher list.
Read-only calendar

The teacher timetable calendar is a view-only display. Events cannot be dragged, resized, or deleted from this page. To modify a teacher's schedule, go to Create Timetable and edit the corresponding class section's timetable.

Calendar Event Details​

Calendar Settings​

The teacher timetable calendar inherits the same time boundaries configured in the Create Timetable settings:

Staff App View​

Teachers can view their own weekly timetable directly from the Stunov+ Staff app. The app provides a clean calendar view of their teaching schedule, including subject names, class sections, and time slots.
