The Privacy Policy page lets you define how your school collects, uses, and protects personal data. This content is displayed to parents and students in the mobile apps and on the school website, ensuring transparency and compliance with data protection regulations.

Update Privacy Policy

Navigate to System Settings → Privacy Policy
From the sidebar, expand **System Settings** and click **Privacy Policy**.

Edit the privacy policy content
Use the **rich text editor** to write or update your privacy policy. You can format text with headings, lists, bold, italic, and links.

Submit
Click **Submit** to save the policy. The updated content is immediately available in the apps and on the school website.

- Student/Parent App — Shown as a link in the app settings and during initial registration
- Staff App — Accessible from the app settings screen
- School Website — Linked in the footer of your school’s public website
- Registration forms — Referenced during the school signup and admission process
