Storage Plans

The Storage Plans page shows your current storage quota and how much of it you've used, and lets you buy additional storage when you need more room. You choose how many gigabytes to add, pick a payment method, and confirm — the extra space is applied to your school.

Current Plan​

The left panel summarises your plan: your storage limit (or Unlimited), how much is used, a usage meter, your file and trash counts, your wallet balance (if any), and the total storage added through extensions.

Add More Storage​

Navigate to System Settings → Storage → Storage Plans
From the sidebar, open **System Settings → Storage** and click **Storage Plans**.

Choose how many GB to add
Use the stepper or a quick preset (5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 GB) to set the amount. The **Total** price updates automatically based on the per-GB rate.

Select a payment method
Pick **School Wallet** (if it has a balance) or an available payment gateway such as mobile money or card.

Enter a mobile money number (if required)
If you chose a mobile money gateway, enter the payer phone number in the format shown.

Confirm
Click **Confirm**. A wallet payment is applied immediately and your quota increases. A gateway payment redirects you to complete checkout, after which the extension is activated.

Add Storage Fields​

Active subscription required

Trial schools must subscribe before they can extend storage. The page blocks extension purchases until your school is on an active (non-trial) subscription.

Your Extensions​

The history table at the bottom lists every storage extension you've purchased, with the GB added, Status (Active, Pending, etc.), payment Method, and Date.
